Factory ability/ Production capacity: Monthly 100 tons of cutting tools produced, more than 8000 different sizes of Carbide Flat End Mills, Carbide Micro Drill Bits, Carbide Twist Drills, High Speed Steel Drills, High Speed Steel Gun Taps, Routers for PCB, Diamond Grinding Wheels developed already, with application to various fields like automobile industry, Oil & Gas engineering, petro-chemical engineering, power station,offshore engineering, nuclear engineering, heavy machinery, skyscraper etc.

MOQ: 50 pcs for each drill bit or end mill.

Packing: firstly by plastic bags, then into cartons, then on standard export pallets, finally into seaway containers. 15 kgs per carton; 1 ton per pallet; less than 20 tons per container.

Lead time: for common drill bits & end mills, normally 0-10 working days; for inventory drill bits & end mills, 0-5 working days; for customized drill bits & end mills, 0-30 working days.

Product Assurance/ Claim solution: The burden of proofs is on the buyer side. If proofs for quantity shortage or quality defects are confirmed by the supplier, 100% complement and replacement are guaranteed. The cost could be negotiated and reasonably shared by both parties.
