Brief for Our Bolt Project:

Factory ability/ Production capacity: Monthly 1000 tons of bolts produced, more than 8000 different sizes of hub bolts wheel bolts, suspension u bolts, leaf spring center bolts, hex bolts, screws, anchor bolts, thread rods, bolt tools and nuts developed already, with application to various fields like automobile industry, Oil & Gas engineering, petro-chemical engineering, power station,offshore engineering, nuclear engineering, heavy machinery, skyscraper etc.

MOQ: 500 kgs for each bolts.

Packing: firstly by plastic bags, then into cartons, then on standard export pallets, finally into seaway containers. 25 kgs per carton; 1.5 ton per pallet; less than 26 tons per container.

Lead time: for common goods, normally 0-10 working days; for inventory goods, 0-5 working days; for customized goods, 0-40 working days.

Product Assurance/ Claim solution: The burden of proofs is on the buyer side. If proofs for quantity shortage or quality defects are confirmed by the supplier, 100% complement and replacement are guaranteed. The cost could be negotiated and reasonably shared by both parties. Improving the long-term mutual benefit co-operation is the only principle for claim treatment.
