Brief for Our Auto Bolt Project

Factory ability / Production capacity: The first bolt plant is founded in 2005, now 3 plants already, 10 sales manager, 100 employees, ISO9001:2008 certificated. Monthly 2000 cartons of bolts produced, 50000 sets of U bolts produced, 500 tons of center bolts produced. More than 800 different sizes of U bolts, center bolts and wheel bolts developed, with application to various Sino-foreign truck brands like Man, Scania, Iveco, Volvo, Renault, Mercedes Benz, BPW, ROR, Isuzu, Toyota, Fuso, Hino, Nissan, Steyr, FAW, Sinotruk, Hualing, Dong feng and so on.

MOQ: 500 pcs per size for wheel bolt; 200 pcs per size for center bolt; 50 pcs per size for U bolt

Packing: firstly by plastic bags, then into cartons, then on pallets, finally into seaway containers. For wheel bolts and center bolts, every 5-10 pcs of wheel bolts and center bolts by 1 plastic bag, every 1 U bolt by 1 plastic bag; 25 kgs per carton; 1.5 ton per pallet; less than 26 tons per container.

Lead time: for common goods, normally 7-10 working days; for inventory goods, 3-5 working days; for customized goods, 25-40 working days.

Product Assurance/ Claim solution: The burden of proofs is on the buyer side. If proofs for quantity shortage or quality defects are confirmed by the supplier, 100% complement and replacement are guaranteed. The cost could be negotiated and reasonably shared by both parties. Improving the long-term mutual benefit co-operation is the only principle for claim treatment.
